From choosing your pieces to receiving them for your wedding, we've made the Sophie Blume process simple.

01 Choose Your Style

Explore our collections and start building your wedding look.

From floral hire, styling & décor to personalised signage and menus, choose the pieces that bring your vision together.

02 Choose Your Date

Select your wedding or event date when booking your hire items.

Our collection is intentionally limited, so we recommend booking early — especially for popular dates.

03 Personalise Your Details

For our personalised signage and menus, you'll provide your names, wording, colours and any other details needed to create your pieces.

Designs can be personalised, including font and layout changes, and we can incorporate your wedding logo where suitable.

For our floral and décor hire, simply choose the pieces you'd like to include in your booking.

04 Secure Your Booking

Once you're happy with your selections, secure your booking with a 50% deposit.

Your deposit secures your chosen items and your wedding date.

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before your wedding or event.

05 We Prepare The Rest

We'll take care of getting everything ready for your wedding.

Your florals and décor will be prepared for your hire period, while your personalised signage and menus will be created using the details you've provided.

We'll provide all the information you need for delivery, collection and setup ahead of your date.

Then it's time to enjoy your day.

Hiring Draping?

Our draping and backdrop collection is designed to be simple to style.

Your fabric panels can be used with our adjustable backdrop frame, and we'll provide styling videos on the product page showing you different ways to create your chosen look.
