We offer different delivery options depending on what you're ordering. Please read the relevant section below before placing your order.
Hire Orders
Our hire collection is prepared specifically for your wedding or event date.
Hire Period
Our standard hire period is 7 days, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with you.
This gives you plenty of time to receive your items, style your venue and return everything after your celebration.
Hire Delivery
Delivery is available across the UK.
For hire orders:
Free delivery on orders over £650
£18 delivery fee on orders under £650
Larger orders or orders requiring multiple boxes may incur an additional delivery charge.
Any additional delivery costs will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalised.
Your delivery date and arrangements will be confirmed ahead of your hire.
Collection From Us
Collection may be available by prior arrangement.

If you would prefer to collect your items rather than have them delivered, please contact us before booking so we can confirm availability and collection arrangements.
Returns
Your hire includes free return collection, so there is no additional return postage charge.
At the end of your agreed hire period:
We'll email you a pre-paid return label and instructions for your return.
Your return collection will be arranged from the original delivery address, unless an alternative collection address has been agreed with us in advance.
Please ensure all hire items are carefully packed in original packaging and ready for collection at the agreed time.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, subject to our normal wear and tear policy.
Personalised Signage & Menus
Our personalised products are made to order.
Production Time
Please allow 7–14 working days for your personalised order to be created.
This timeframe begins once we have received all of the information required to complete your order.
This includes your:
Names
Dates
Wording
Menu or relevant details
Font selection
Any other information required for your chosen product
Please allow additional time for delivery on top of the production timeframe.

Please check all wording, names, dates and menu information carefully before submitting your details.
As personalised products are made specifically for you, we cannot be responsible for errors in information supplied by the customer.
If we need any further information from you, this may delay your order.
Delivery Times & Costs
Uk Delivery on signage and all personalised items is £3.95.
Once your personalised order has been completed, it will be dispatched using the delivery method selected at checkout.
Please remember that the 7–14 working day timeframe is the production time, not the total time from ordering to receiving your parcel.
We recommend ordering as early as possible, particularly if your wedding date is approaching.
Need Your Order Sooner?
If you have a specific deadline or require your personalised order urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
We may be able to accommodate your requested date depending on our current production schedule, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
Sophie Blume cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weekends, bank holidays or circumstances outside of our control.
If your order contains multiple products with different processing times, your order may be dispatched separately.
