What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7–14 days from the point that all personalised details have been confirmed and approved. We recommend ordering as early as possible, particularly during the busy wedding season.

Do you offer an express service if I need my order sooner?
Yes. If your wedding is coming up sooner, please let us know you “Need It Sooner” before placing your order. We may be able to accommodate an express order depending on the product, quantity and our current production schedule. An additional express fee may apply.

Can I customise my order?
Absolutely. Many of our pieces can be personalised, including wording, colours, fonts and, where available, sizing. Each product page will explain the customisation options available.

Will I receive a proof before my personalised item is made?
Yes. For products requiring bespoke wording or design, we'll provide a digital proof for you to check before production. Please check your proof carefully, as production will only begin once the design has been approved.

Can I request a specific font?
Yes. Where the product allows font customisation, you can request a specific Canva font by providing the font name when placing your order. We'll do our best to match your requested font, subject to suitability for the product and production method. Any problems we will reach out to you.

Can I request a different colour?
Our available colour options are listed on each product page. If you have a particular colour in mind that isn't listed, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate it.

Can I request a different size?
Some of our pieces are available in bespoke sizes. If you require something different from the standard size shown, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you and provide a bespoke quotation where required.

Can I order matching stationery for my wedding?
Yes. We love creating a cohesive look across your wedding day. Where possible, your signage, menus, table numbers, seating charts, ribbons and other stationery can be styled to complement one another.

Can I order a sample before placing my full order?
For certain products, samples may be available. Please contact us before ordering if you'd like to discuss a sample or see a particular material, colour or finish.

What if I make a mistake with my wording?
Please take extra care when submitting your wording and checking your digital proof. Personalised items cannot be amended once they have entered production, so we ask you to carefully check spelling, names, dates, punctuation and capitalisation before approving your proof.

Can I order different quantities of menus and table numbers?
Yes. You can order according to your individual requirements. If you need a quantity that isn't available as an option online, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Do you offer bespoke orders?
Yes. If you have something specific in mind that you can't see on the website, please get in touch. We love creating pieces that feel personal to your wedding and can advise on what is possible.
